Start with a $93 evaluation. We check your prescription, eye health and the shape of your eye to see whether this care fits. We explain your choices before you decide. The $93 is credited toward your program if you enroll.

Nonsurgical Vision Correction: $2,400
Myopia Control / Management: $2,750

First-year program fees at Eye Medics in Fayetteville. Nonsurgical Vision Correction is for adults and children who do not need myopia control. Lens care supplies, replacement lenses and visits after the first year cost extra. Ask for your own quote.

You can request a visit on Tuesdays, 1:00–4:00 PM. Bring your current glasses or prescription.

Dr. Singletary is a Fellow of the International Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control (FIAOMC). He was one of the first eye doctors in North Carolina to offer care to help slow myopia in children. Myopia means nearsightedness. He is one of two North Carolina doctors listed as a Fellow in the AAOMC doctor finder, checked September 17, 2026. He fits Ortho-K lenses and helps people see clearly without surgery.

Does your child keep needing stronger glasses? We check changes in vision and eye growth. Then we discuss ways to slow worsening myopia, or nearsightedness. Ortho-K may be one choice.

Want to rely less on daytime glasses or contacts? Ortho-K lenses change the shape of the front of your eye during sleep. The effect is temporary. An eye exam checks whether this choice fits your eyes and goals.
